The collection NONWOVENS stands for exclusively designed textiles in which organic materials such as pine needles, grasses and leaves have been worked into.
Some materials appear to be stitched on top of the fabric, others become completely textural.

At the Eindhoven University of Technology [department of Architecture, Building and Planning], a PhD research is being carried out on Vacuumatics. The current research focus is mainly on the materialisation aspects of vacuumatic structures,
Trigger points is a special tile project from Touchy-Feely, which encourages leaning against the wall by providing warmed protrusions. It can be a great help to stimulate and sooth sore muscle areas.
The Driftwood pavilion ,based on a concept by 3rd year student Danecia Sibingo, can be seen during the fourth in the annual AA Summer Pavilion series.
The AA School took over Bedford Square, London on 3 July 2009 with its annual celebration of young architectural talent. The Driftwood pavilion will be open until 25 July. read on
Inspiration
Terunobu Fujimori, uses charred cedar wood to create the most beautiful projects that are exercises in playful experimentation and sophisticated craft. The cedar boards have been treated with an ancient Japanese technique that seals the wood against rain and rot.
