SPACE Copenhagen @ MX2015

SPACE Copenhagen designed the interior of NOMA, known as ‘the most famous restaurant in the world.’ In addition to this distinction, they designed the interior of Bóchuse D’or winner Rasmus Kofoed and newcomer Geist, led by Michelin star chef Bo Bech.

SPACE Copenhagen – founded in 2005 by Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts (School of Architecture) graduates Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou – is known for resisting the obvious and bringing an authentic, personal vision to design. In addition to interiors and furniture, SPACE Copenhagen designs objects and art installations.

Known for austere and minimalist Japanese-style interiors, their selection of materials and finishes weighs heavily in their designs and plays a major role in the overall dining experience.

Today, they will be sharing their expertise with us at Material Xperience 2015, which will be exhibiting until Friday, February 13, 2015. Free tickets are still available here.
