Architextiles – Cello
- story by Casalis
Where texture and technique meet, singular fabrics arise. After the successful Slumber poufs and plaids, Casalis decided to renew its collaboration with Aleksandra Gaca. The Polish designer developed a 3D textile, a superbly woven fabric that not only offers good acoustic absorption but is aesthetically pleasing as well. An artful combination of matte and gloss, hard and soft. This fabric can be used for sound proof panelling hung on walls. There is the flexibility to cover whole rooms or just the side of an object.
